Is it winter yet????? Think it's time to move to Austrailia! Sigh. Summers get harder and harder on me here in the desert. I am not a fan of triple digit temps, especially since we don't have central air, only a window unit in the bedroom for sleeping. But August is almost over, so things should start improving slowly come September.

I know how you feel. This summer, I've spent very little time out of doors. My doctor said my Vitamin D count was low, and I figure it's because I'm not outside soaking up sunshine. Even the newspaper says that the average daily temps are running about 7 degrees above average, just about every day!
